1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handled within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Estimates
We provide Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. Due to high demand and international logistics, our current estimated delivery times are:

Canada, UK, Australia: 12 - 18 business days.

Rest of the World: 15 - 20 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can track your package directly through our website or via international tracking platforms. It may take 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PostureLumina™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first. If the product arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@posturelumina.store so we can arrange a replacement.
6. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped.
